The hardest part of fitness is getting the ball rolling. Join me in a Zoom consultation where we get to know each other, define your fitness goals, and brainstorm a plan to get there!
After the initial consultation we have a 2 session promotion for $80. Within the two sessions we will go through:
- 2 sessions of 1 on 1 training
- Executing the the workout program
- Your personal workout log with trainer notes
While multiple sessions are more ideal, we do offer singular sessions. A solid choice for people training themselves but need insight on perfecting your exercise techniques, get past training plateaus, and/or creating specific programs to get you on track.
- A session of 1 on 1 training
- Your personal workout log with trainer notes
- Personalized info to help train diligently
- Bi-weekly follow ups to encourage progress
